Attorney, Albert Moseley, Jr.
Focus: Family Law & Business Litigation
Albert started his career as a commissioned officer in the US Air Force. After receiving numerous awards for his service, he decided to pursue a career in legal services. Albert’s legal experience involves complex business and legal matters. He has practiced anti-trust and environmental law at the DOJ before moving into federal compliance.
Albert also helps states and businesses comply with federal requirements so that they can receive federal funding including Florida, Texas, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Albert earned a Bachelors in Political Science, Aerospace Science and Chemistry from Clemson University and was awarded an Air Force ROTC scholarship. Albert also holds a J.D. from The University of Baltimore Law. Albert enjoys hanging out with his family, camping, and playing tennis and golf on the weekends. During the fall and dog days of summer, Albert is patrolling the sidelines as a high school football official.

Attorney, Alana M. Williams, Esq.
Focus: Business Counsel & Estate Planning
Alana Williams is an experienced MBA/JD with a proven track record in finance, law, and business administration. She excels in cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and achieve objectives.
Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Juris Doctor (cum laude), and an MBA. Alana is also licensed to practice law in three states and is pursuing CPA licensure. In her free time, Alana enjoys listening to historical podcasts and watching her Philadelphia sports teams.
